Limited Compost Delivery Due to Giant African Land Snail Quarantined Area

Per guidelines provided for by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services,  it is unlawful to move the giant African land snail or a regulated article, including but not limited to, plants, plants parts, plants in soil, soil, yard waste, debris, compost or building materials, within, through or from the quarantined area without a compliance agreement. Therefore, compost delivery may only be made to city residents or those in unincorporated areas that lie within the quarantined area.
