The City of New Port Richey would like to inform residents and motorists of an upcoming road closure scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, 2024, on Louisiana Avenue between Madison Street and Monroe Street. The closure will begin at 9:00 AM and is expected to remain in effect for the duration of the utility repair work.
Crews will work diligently to complete the repairs as quickly and safely as possible.
Traffic and Service Impacts:
- Through traffic will not be permitted on Louisiana Avenue between Madison Street and Monroe Street during the repair work. Detour routes will be clearly marked to assist motorists in navigating the area.
- Access to residential properties within the affected area will be maintained; however, there may be temporary delays.
- Residents directly impacted by service interruptions will be notified in advance.
