Administrative  Lieutenant Joe Pascalli

Joseph Pascalli began his career as a Police Officer with the New Port Richey Police Department in 2005. His assignments include the Patrol Division, Field Training, SWAT, D.U.I./Aggressive Driving Unit, Narcotics Task Force Detective, Street Crimes, Corporal and Sergeant. In 2021 he was promoted to Police Lieutenant and is currently assigned to the Administrative Division.

Operations Lieutenant Chris Mellecker

Chris Mellecker began his career as a Police Officer with the St. Petersburg Police Department in 2004.  In 2005 he continued his career joining the New Port Richey Police Department.  His assignments include the Patrol Division, Field Training, SWAT Operation, Community Orientated Policing Officer, Detective, Corporal, and Sergeant. In 2020 he was promoted to Police Lieutenant and is currently assigned to the Operations Division. Lieutenant Mellecker has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University with a Minor in Sociology.
