Fire Prevention & Education Programs
The New Port Richey Fire Department is probably one of the most visited stations in the county, and is well known for its fire prevention and education programs.
Tours & Guest Speaker Arrangements
Station tours include live home safety demonstrations, a chance to spray water through the “I Am Fire” target with a real fire hose and crawl through a room with simulated smoke, and of course a visit from Sparkyopens in a new window®. Children are shown a video about the importance of fire safety. Additionally, the Fire Department offers a Juvenile Fire Setters Program.
Tours are conducted at New Port Richey Fire Station #1, located at 6333 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652.
Information Needed to Reserve a Tour or Speaker:

- Requested date and time of the tour or lecture
- Location (for guest speakers only)
- If you are requesting a guest speaker, please give the location of your meeting and the topic requested
- Must be located inside the city limits
- Number of attendees, including ages of children

Car Seat Installation Resources
