The City of New Port Richey has numerous volunteer boards and committees in which members serve to make recommendations to the City Council. Members are appointed by the Council upon review of a completed Boards and Committee Membership Application(PDF, 175KB). To be eligible to serve on a city board or committee, you must be a registered voter and reside within the city limits with the exception of the Library Advisory Board which allows for a member to be a resident of Pasco County and the Cultural Affairs Committee which allows for a member to own a business within the city limits. The qualifications to serve on the Flood Risk and Preparedness Public Information Committee and Historic Preservation Board are outlined in their specific ordinance located on the City's code of ordinances website.
Are you already a member and just need to renew your appointment? Please complete and submit the re-appointment application(PDF, 146KB). For current board/committee openings, please contact the designated staff liaison listed below.
