Utilities / Billing & Collections
The primary functions of our department are:
  • Establishing and disconnecting water service
  • Processing liens and releases
  • Processing title searches
  • Renewing and processing new applications for business tax receipts
  • Renewing and processing new applications for rental permits
  • Taking payments for city parking fines
  • Taking utility payments

Due Dates
All services are billed monthly, and are due upon receipt. All payments must be received in the Billing and Collections Department by 4:30 pm on the penalty date to avoid any late fees. The bill will become delinquent 25 days after the penalty date. Additional charges may be assessed for late payments and disconnection and reconnection of services. A $5 or 10% late fee is assessed on unpaid balances not received by the due date printed on the bill.
